• Overflow Support often time an in-house team encounter spikes in work load which they are unable to capacities for with a limited budget. Law firms are expensive and are often unable to provide value proportionate the fees charged. I understand this and can hit the ground running without having to worry about the proverbial “meter running”
• Major Negotiations are often very sensitive for companies as this is a fine balancing act that the in-house lawyer is required to do. Law firms can take over such negotiations, but in my experience as a GC that can often break the bank. I have lived and negotiated contracts all over the world, working with stakeholders of all cultures, background, seniority and position. I am adept at doing the fine balancing act for the in-house team.
